  • Requests For Production

Requests for Production, or document exchange, is an important part of a Family Law case. Litigants can use requests to get evidence from the other side about any issue relevant to their case, including assets, debts, income, expenses and material related to custody and parenting time.

You are also required to respond to requests you receive in compliance with the Oregon Rules Of Civil Procedure.

Those rules can be difficult to understand, and failure to follow them can have negative consequences.

The materials presented here are designed to help litigants make requests and prepare responses in compliance with the rules.
